When Worcester’s girls come out to play, Worcester Radiology’s girls report for duty.
Our mammography team seized the opportunity to do women’s health awareness during a NuMetro Girls Night Out, enjoyed by hundreds of local ladies every month. The February event was especially popular for its screening of Fifty Shades Freed.
The mammo girls’ message? Medical experts recommend that, after the age of 40, you undergo a mammogram once a year. Routine bone density testing for the early detection of osteoporosis is also recommended from the age of 65 if there are no other risk factors. Talk to your doctor regularly!
